How the Sessions work

Step one: Fill out the intake form and make an initial appointment. For your first appointment please sign up for a 75 minute session. This time is necessary for me to make an adequate assessment. Together we will assess your needs and goals and make a plan to move forward that will include some combination of Deep Tissue Bodywork, FST, and Yoga.  

Step two:  In subsequent sessions we will address your needs using a combination of hands-on work and yoga curated to your needs so that you leave each session feeling well and with tools that you can use on your own to maintain the changes we get through the bodywork. These tools may include a simple yoga and strength sequence (we can write this out or video tape our sequence to help you remember it) and everyday alignment and posture suggestions. 

Step three: At an agreed upon point we will assess and see whether we are meeting our goals and plan accordingly.

Step four:  After we have reached our goals you may choose to come back now and then on as needed basis for tune-ups.
